Cancellations, No-Shows And Late Arrivals
We require a credit card on file for ALL new guests and for every online booking!

AE’s No-Nonsense “No Show” Policy:
“Missed appointments (that is, no-call & no-show) will incur a 50% service charge to the guest’s account which will be billed to the card on file on the day the service was meant to occur."
Is a same-day cancellation the same as a no-show?
Yes, it is.
Our studio asks for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. A same-day cancellation, while more polite than a no-show, has the same cost to your salon and your stylist as a no-show. Any appointment that is cancelled - for any reason - with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a nonrefundable fee of $50. This fee must be charged and collected to book another appointment with any stylist.
