In appreciation of our new and returning guests, we offer our guests the opportunity to benefit from our Product Points Loyalty Program. If you don't know what we’re talking about, here's the short of it: On your first visit to the AE, you will be enrolled in a complimentary, no obligation, mess-free program whereby you will...

  1. Earn 10% back on every item AND product you buy in our boutique
  2. Receive $2 in loyalty points when you book your next reservation the same day you get your hair done
  3. Enjoy a Happy Birthday gift! Every guest receives $5 in loyalty points for their birthday every year from the AE to use on any item(s) in the boutique

Points may be redeemed any time of year from January 1 to December 31, when the points are reset to zero for the next year. Feel free to save those points for a rainy day, but don’t let them expire!

Referral Appreciation

We have a gracious referral program to show our appreciation to our guests for talking about us to their family and friends. Earn $20 for every friend or family member you refer to us!


If you refer someone to the AE - that means they book a new guest appointment and come to that appointment - we are excited to call you personally to thank you for your referral. In addition, we will place a $20 credit on your account that you can use toward products or services at your next visit!


*Be sure your friend or family member mentions your name as the person who referred them. We make calls and gift referral rewards at the beginning of the month for the month prior. (For example: October’s referrals would be given on or just after November 1st.)*

We also treat every new guest to a complimentary customized hydrating treatment that their stylist will recommend based on hair type, current damage, consultation & guest concerns, and future hair goals.

NOW OFFERING TO ALL NEW GUESTS – New Guest Welcome Packages!

The week after a new guest visit, each of our new guests will receive a new guest package on their profile with us that entitles one free add-on service per visit for 3 months.
